What the membership is

A monthly or yearly right to member pricing at participating Lagos businesses. It is not a bank account, a savings product, a loan or a payment instrument. We never hold your money.

What we promise

That the pack exists, that the offers are real, and that every figure we publish is derived from real prices. We do not promise a specific saving, because that depends on how you use it.

Caps

Each business sets a limit on how many times one member may use it in a year. The limit is shown in the app before you go. Jara Swap lets you exchange an unused offer for another visit within the same value band.

If a partner leaves

Unredeemed offers at that partner convert to swappable credit. We carry that cost, not you.

Refunds

Seven days from purchase, before your first redemption, in full. After a redemption the membership has been used and is not refundable.

Your pass

It is yours alone. The code rotates. A pass presented on two devices at once is suspended pending review, because a shared pass takes the price away from the people who paid for it.

Disputes

Report it in the app. We resolve in your favour at the counter and settle with the partner afterwards.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
