What exactly am I buying?
Member pricing at a hundred Lagos businesses for as long as you are a member. Three member-only offers at each, 300 in total. ₦4,000 a month or ₦39,000 a year, and nothing else.
Is this a savings app or a wallet?
No. We never hold your money. There is no balance, nothing to top up and nothing to withdraw. The only money that moves between us is your membership fee.
What if I barely use it?
Someone who uses it lightly still keeps around ₦133,000 across a year, which is more than three times what they paid. You would have to genuinely never go out for this to cost you money.
Can I get a refund?
Seven days from purchase, before your first redemption, in full.
Seeing the businesses
Why can I not see the businesses before I join?
Because the offer would stop being yours. If the name and the exact discount sat together on a public page, anyone could walk in and ask for it without a membership, and the places we sign would stop offering it. So we publish everything that proves the value is real — how many places, where they are, what each category saves — and hold back the one thing that can be claimed at a counter.
Then how do I know it is real?
Take the free redemption. One real offer, at one real business, before you pay anything. You see the place, you redeem once, and you watch the bill come down.
What do I actually see before joining?
Every category, how many places are in it, how many are near you, the saving range per visit, the areas they are in, and the cap. Everything except the name and the exact offer.
Using it
Can I use the same place over and over?
Up to a limit each business sets when it signs, and you always see how many you have left before you go. Jara Swap lets you re-open an offer you have used by giving up one somewhere you will not.
What happens if a business leaves?
Their unused offers convert into swappable credit you can move to a business you do use. Nothing you paid for simply disappears.
Does it work without internet?
Yes, for a limited number of redemptions. It reconciles when you are back on data.
Can I share my pass?
No. The code rotates and is tied to your account. A pass used on two phones at once gets suspended, which protects the price for everyone who paid for it.

Do the businesses pay you?
No. No listing fee, no commission. They give a member price in exchange for a customer they did not have, and we never hold or owe them money.
How do you choose them?
Our team visits every one. We are not limited to venues desperate enough to pay for placement, because nobody pays for placement.
